Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold by JieYou - Authentic Chinese Kitchen are digital downloads (e-tutorials, PDF guides, and other digital files). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final once the download link has been issued. We do not offer refunds or exchanges as a general rule.

Please read the product description carefully and ensure your device supports the file format before purchasing.

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will consider a refund in the following situations:

  • Download failure: You were unable to access or download the file within 24 hours of purchase due to a technical error on our end.
  • Wrong or corrupted file: The file you received is significantly different from the product description, or the file is damaged and unreadable.
  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice (please provide both order numbers).

How to Request a Refund

If your situation meets one of the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A description of the issue

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description before buying
  • Device or software incompatibility (please verify format compatibility before purchase)
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
